How the research service works

Official communication

Research communications are distributed through the official channels identified during onboarding. A phone conversation, forwarded message or cropped extract should not replace the complete dated research report and its disclosures.

Nature of services

The service consists of research-based professional opinions. Research conclusions can differ from other analysts and may become invalid because of price movement, news, liquidity, volatility or changed assumptions.

Client responsibility

Clients decide independently whether to rely on a research view. Investment selection, order placement, position size and trade execution remain under the client's judgement, control and risk.

No guarantee of returns

Skyline does not guarantee profit, accuracy, capital protection, minimum income or a risk-free result. SEBI registration or BSE enlistment does not assure performance.

Service limitations and document updates

Subject to applicable law and the agreed terms, Skyline is not responsible for a market loss resulting from a client's investment decision, adverse price movement or a third-party communication/connectivity failure outside its reasonable control. Nothing on this page excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
